Amelia's Nursery

OK - So I'm quite a bit behind on blogging - for good reason, though, I must say!

So, I'll backtrack and work my way up to the present.

Yes - Amelia is here, but before she was, Jonathan busted his tail getting her nursery ready for her arrival. Of course, we had no idea when that would be considering she had been causing me to have some pretty good contractions since 31 weeks along!

The nursery turned out stunning and I am so proud of my wonderful (and handy) husband!

We didn't choose to get bedding with Amelia since there is not much that you use within the set anymore, except maybe the crib sheet.....so, I found some wonderful pictures on Etsy from a vendor called Trafalgar Square. You can see the sketches well within the pictures above, but here they are close up:

Then I found this great shop by a young college student who is learning to sew and she made us a custom purple elephant!
